Phyllis was born July 17, 1940 in Port Arthur, Texas. She pursued her Bachelor’s Degree at at Lamar University. Most of her roles required not only talent but also a flawless body as they contained many revealing scenes. She died in Las Vegas on cancer at age of 73.
